We live in times of unfathomable stress. This stress effects our nervous and immune system which can create anxiety, depression, disease, lack of ability to sleep, dis-connection, and coping through addictive patterns. Thus, it is important to be able to balance ourselves no matter the situation we may be in or lack of control we feel. What we do have control of is how we show up and respond to ourselves and life around us. To deeply care for ourselves we can do practices that regulate our nervous system in the moment that create connection. In this experiential class we can do this by using the strategies of awareness, breath, sound vibration, movement, reframing our thinking and supportive accompaniment to shift to wellbeing.
In this class participants will:
Practice body-mind inquiry to connect with what’s true for you in the moment, sensations, feelings, needs and thoughts
Discover how polyvagal theory and neuroscience helps you to connect, regulate and calm
Practice techniques of breath, sound and movement to transform your experience in the moment.
Make a personal plan that works for your life and situation and helps you in any moment shift into wellbeing

Our lives with all the stresses, can leave us feeling disconnected and alone. The relationships we seek refuge in can often be challenging. We get defensive or judgmental and say things that create distance and distress, not knowing how to create the connection and calm we so yearn for.
Navigating interpersonal relationship dynamics is key to our wellbeing and creating a sense of aliveness with others. In this class we deepen into awareness through our bodies. We also learn the essential tools to attune and communicate with others authentically through resonant language practices, to foster understanding and connection. This reduces the time in distress and drama and instead creates more ease, clarity, and deeper interpersonal vibrancy. I invite you to join me in the journey of growing a kinder, more nourishing and consciously effective relationship with yourself and the important people in your life. Bring a partner or friend.
In this experiential 4-week series participants will:
· Practice body-mind inquiry by connecting to your body's sensations, needs, emotions and thoughts to develop self-awareness and an understanding of what's most true for you.
· Explore the interpersonal neurophysiology of relationships
· Practice listening and resonant language communication tools to calm the nervous system, creating clarity, warmth and understanding.

In this class, you will learn and practice powerful body-mind awareness strategies that give you a sense of well-being. Discover how to resonate with your essential self, which provides insights to deeper truths. With this new information and mind-set, you can more easily shift when presented with life challenges. When applying these conscious- living skills our habitual patterns, inner struggles and suffering is reduced. As we interact more effectively with others, advocating for our needs, our creativity and personal power grows.

Providing caring support for individual and couples to explore what gets in the way of connection and self-regulation. Learn tools and practices to strengthen relational space with self and others. I use a variety of practices to help you release what no longer serves you and enhance the strong, grounded connection with yourself. These practices include Resonance, Body-Centered Therapy, Indigenous healing practices, Universal spirituality, Intuition and Intention.
