For over 30 years, Beth has lived her passion for personal and relational transformation, supporting people to live a more embodied life, connected to their innate intelligence. People gain essential life skills to navigate interpersonal relationships.
From an early age, she was drawn to enhance her emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing and claim her sense of authentic expression. In the process, she has been doing the work of honoring and healing the wounds of her family, ancestry and culture. This has helped her gain a more full- bodied aliveness.
Beth holds a Master’s degree in Education with a specialty in Adult Learning and Administration. She holds certifications in Training and Organizational Development from Portland State University and Conscious Relationships and Body-Centered Transformation from the Hendricks Institute for 21st Century Leadership. She is an ordained Interfaith Minister and Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine from the Four Winds Society.
She has taught in high schools, community colleges, and privately and is the former Director of Education at Oregon School of Massage. She facilitates experiential trainings, groups and workshops teaching people how to be present through mindfulness, somatic awareness, resonance and energetic practices. As a holistic practitioner and coach she has helped hundreds of peoples create more vibrant lives.
Beth's work is a synthesis of body, mind and spiritual practices, psychology, communication, interpersonal neurobiology and empowerment. She brings a deeply developed presence from her studies of mindfulness and meditation. Her expertise about the body comes from years of being a bodyworker, stress management consultant and practitioner of energy medicine. Decades of studying compassionate communication and psychological processes gives her a deep insights into human interaction. Her developed intuition and seeing beyond the physical utilizing a variety of energetic modalities and indigenous healing practices supports people in their healing journey. Beth’s work is grounded and caring.
Beth enjoys the peace and quiet of living on 4 acres in Bend, Oregon with her husband of 28 years. Together they share a commitment to learning and living conscious relationship.
She enjoys an active lifestyle of cross-country skiing, hiking, cycling, swimming and dancing. She is nourished by nature, movement, music, play, quiet time and authentic relationships.
